Please allow each product the recommended growing time before requesting a replacement or refund. For growing tips, contact us at GardenHeirloomSeeds@gmail.com.

All online purchases require a valid order number and must be within 60 days of the purchase date to qualify for a replacement or refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Garden Heirloom Seeds is not responsible for product losses caused by extreme weather, neglect, or growing in a climate that does not align with the USDA Plant Hardiness Zone Map.
